- Minimum - 2 hours, 4 hours or 1 day, depending on equipment.
- 2 & 4 Hours - for their specific time period during business hours.
- Day Rate - 24 hour time period or a rental over 4 hours and less than 24 hours
- Week Rate - 7 consecutive days to the same time.
- Month Rate - 4 consecutive weeks to the same time.
- Week-end - Any item rented on Saturday for 1 day is due back by closing on Saturday. A Sunday rental is any item out between 1:00pm and 3:00pm (12:00pm and 1:00pm during winter hours) on Saturday, and is due back by 8:30am Monday for a 1 day rental.
Note: RENT IS CHARGED FOR ALL TIME OUT, WHETHER USED OR NOT. For you to get the best value for your money, return all items on or before the date and time DUE IN on your rental contract.
Rates for rental items equipped with hours meters are based on 8 hours of use per day, 40 hours of use per week. Additional usage is prorated per hour based on daily rate/8.
A valid driver’s license with your current address and a phone number are required for all rentals.
Deposit and Payment
Deposit is required for all rentals excluding open account customers. Deposit can be made with a credit card or cash. Cash deposit will vary per item. Deposit refunded on return of rental item. Payment is due upon return of the item. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express as well as cash and checks.
A 12% damage waiver is added at the opening of each contract on rental items (unless we have a copy of your insurance policy on file that specifically states rental equipment is covered under your insurance policy). With the damage waiver the renter is still responsible for any damage caused by abuse, theft, burglary, misuse, loss, intentional damage or damage incurred transporting rented item.
We encourage you to reserve the item you will be needed as soon as your plans will allow, so that we will have what you need when you need it. We ask that you let us know as quickly as possible if you have an item reserved and your plans change.
Equipment is to be returned during our regular business hours (depending on time of year). Items not returned during our regular business hours are responsible for theft and could incur a possible extra charge.
Prices are subject to change. Please call for price quotes. All rental charges are for time out, whether used or not. If equipment does not function properly notify Dean's Rent-All immediately. No credits or adjustment will be made unless we are notified as soon as the problem is encountered. Dean's Rent-All is not responsible for operator errors or unsuitable conditions at site.
Delivery and Pick-up
Delivery and pickup are available at reasonable rates on all of our equipment. Please call for the charge to yor specific location.
Our equipment is sent out full of fuel and should be returned full. A fuel charge will be assessed upon return of item if not full. Fuel charges are at the discretion of Dean's Rent-All. Exceptions are for equipment with 2-cycle engines. The correct fuel mix will be provided for equipment operating on 2 cycle engines and does not need to be returned full.
Our equipment is sent out clean and is to be returned clean. A cleaning charge will be added if equipment is returned dirty. Cleaning charge is by discretion of Dean's Rent-All.
The customer is responsible for all tire damage, flats and track damage. If tire should need to be replaced it should be done so with a tire of the same type. Example: A trailer tire should be replaced with a trailer service tire, not a vehicle tire. Damage to rubber tracks will be calculated by useful life and Dean's Rent-All will determine current pricing. If we are called for onsite repair we will charge our shop rate.
Damaged or bent buckets will be repaired or replaced at customer's expense.
Note: These policies do not supersede what is stipulated in the signed rental contract.
